The first story featured came from MassLive.com and was about a principal who had allegedly referred to members of their former school’s student government as “asshats” in America.
Squires and Laura discussed the word asshat, how’d they’d feel to be called an asshat, and whether they think people would kick off if a similar incident happened in the United Kingdom.
Car fire fails to halt business at McDonald’s
The second story was from fox4now.com and was about a car fire near a Mcdonald’s in America. The incident didn’t see the Mcdonald’s stop operating.
Laura and Squires spoke about whether they found this odd and they also debated whether a nearby fire would put them off visiting a Mcdonald’s.
The pair also reminisced about their favourite fast food memories.
Explained: The curious case of Nimbooz in the Supreme Court
The final story came from firstpost.com and explained why a case regarding whether 7UP Nimbooz is a fruit juice or lemonade was going to be debated in the Supreme Court in India.
Squires and Laura couldn’t believe such a case was being treated so seriously and debated other items they were familiar with in a similar way.
