The first story on episode 32 came from UPI.com and is about a record-breaking superstar. A man from Idaho, USA, who already has several Guinness World Records under his belt, recently added a new one to his collection by taking 51 wet sponges to the face in 31 seconds.
Kayleigh and Laura discussed whether they’d be up for trying to break that record and how important choosing the right sponge would be when trying to beat this record.
The Somerset ghost which tells people who visit beauty spot to ‘f*** off’
The second story featured came from somersetlive.co.uk and was about a potty-mouthed poltergeist. According to the article, there is a ghost that frequents a beautiful part of Somerset in the United Kingdom and tells nearby people to “F*** off”.
Laura and Kayleigh theorised what they’d say if they were to haunt people as a ghost, while also talking about whether they believe in supernatural beings.
Pig wanders into working mens’ club and is lured out by cheese and onion crisps
The final story covered by Laura and Kayleigh was published on Metro.co.uk and was about a pub-crashing pig. The article detailed how a pig wandered into a working mens’ club in County Durham in order to get pats from punters. It then explained how to get the pig to exit the building, it had to be lured outside by cheese and onion crisps.
Kayleigh was amused by the pig’s exploits and shared whether she had encountered anything similar while working the bar scene in England.
