Kayleigh and Laura preside over the thirteenth episode of the Totally Buzzed UK Podcast. However, in this week’s edition, Laura tries to focus on stories that give off “spooky spooky” vibes given Halloween is nearly upon us.

New homeowner is shocked to find a rag doll boarded up in a wall cavity clutching a note saying she killed a family who lived there in the 1960s
This story was published on the Daily Mail’s website and shares how one new homeowner discovered a rag doll holding a threatening note inside the wall of his new property. Kayleigh shares how she isn’t freaked out by the story as there are several dubious details. Kayleigh points out that she has heard similar stories before, she points out how it’s an odd place to hide the doll and she also acknowledges that the note is written on modern paper. This is the case even though the note states that’s written in 1961.
Laura isn’t ready to dismiss the idea that the homeowner should move as quickly as possible, but she does get distracted by the fact the man is called Jonathan Lewis. This is because Laura can’t believe no one has pointed out he shares his name with popular UK department store John Lewis.
This Monkey in Karnataka Travelled 22 Km to Take ‘Revenge’ From Villagers
Story two of episode 13, revolves around a monkey in an Indian village. The story was reported on by news18.com and details the nearly unbelievable story of how a monkey had been attacking a local man in the village. It states that the monkey had been a nuisance in the village, attacked the said man in question, and was shipped off 22km miles away from the village in order to stop the chaos. Yet the monkey so set on getting revenge after being carted off, found a way to return to the village, terrorize the man again before being ousted once again.
Kayleigh focuses on the quite frankly terrified photo of the monkey used in the news story as it’s perfect in her opinion. While Laura predictably starts worrying about a monkey uprising, given this monkey had the brains to make his way back to the village in order to continue his reign of terror.
The duo then talk up the idea of this story getting the Hollywood movie treatment, with Laura suggesting Liam Neeson should voice the monkey.
‘Sexy’ Bernie Sanders outfit could be scariest costume this Halloween
The final story of episode 13 focuses on Halloween itself. As per Sky News, the scariest costume this year could be a “sexy” Bernie Sanders outfit which is being sold by e-girl site Dolls Kill this spooky season. The outfit is based around the attire Sanders wore to Joe Biden’s inauguration in January as the politician went viral due to outfit and spawned several memes.
Kayleigh discusses how the outfit is very basic, although respects how comfortable she’d be this holiday season if she wore that. Kayleigh and Laura briefly attempt some political humour before moving on to their go-to Halloween outfits of choice.
Kayleigh reveals ideally that she’d dress like Freddie Mercury from Queen’s music video for ‘I want to break free’.
While Laura reveals she’d dress as WWE Superstar and Hollywood actor John Cena, though points out she has dressed as the charismatic star before.
Laura also references that Cena used to pump up his trainers before hitting his finishing move and if she was to dub his gear again, then the pump up trainers would be a must.
