Arsenal star Bukayo Saka shone brightly for England during their win over the Czech Republic at Euro 2020 and supporters didn’t hesitate to shower him with praise.

Gareth Southgate’s side defeated the Czech Republic 1-0 on Tuesday to ensure they qualified for the last round of 16 as winners of Group D, with Saka more than playing his part.

The 19-year-old was a constant threat down the right side of England’s flank and didn’t shy away from going toe-to-toe with any Czech defender that attempted to get in pass.

In fact, Saka completed more take-ons than any other England player had managed in a single game at Euro 2020 within 25 minutes of the clash with the Czechs, which shows how often he was getting the better of his opponents.

The 19-year-old was making his first appearance of Euro 2020 against the Czech after playing no part in England’s 0-0 draw with Scotland or their 1-0 win over Croatia.

Yet it seems England supporters will be hoping Saka continues to feature following his latest display, with several taking to Twitter to highlight what a difference he had made to the side.

One England fan claimed that the Arsenal player had galvanized Southgate’s side, while another boldly tipped him to eventually go on to become better than teammate Raheem Sterling.

While Saka hasn’t nailed down a regular starting spot for England, though his latest display may have changed that, the teenager is a mainstay in Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal side.

The teenage sensation played 46 times across all competitions for the Gunners during the 2020/21 campaign, racking up seven goals and registering 10 assists in the process.

Saka has been at Arsenal for the entirety of his professional career and is contracted to stay with the London club until 2024.
