FPL GW31 News

FPL GW31 Summary

Another week of Premier League action and another week where Harry Kane’s scintillating form continued to steal the headlines in FPL GW31. The England captain may not have got himself on the scoresheet but he pulled the strings as Tottenham brushed Newcastle United aside in a 5-1 victory. Yet while that got the blood pumping when it came to the fight for the top-four, it’s hard not to declare Brentford’s surprising 4-1 victory over Chelsea as the standout match of the weekend. No one expected the Bees to record such an emphatic result especially when you consider they came from a goal behind to do so.

Other results:

West Ham 2 – 1 Everton

Manchester United 1 – 1 Leicester City

Wolves 2 – 1 Aston Villa

Leeds United 1 – 1 Southampton

Crystal Palace 3 – 0 Arsenal

Burnley 0 – 2 Manchester City

Brighton 0 – 0 Norwich City

Liverpool 2 – 0 Watford

Totally Buzzed’s FPL League Summary

With everyone well-rested following last week’s international break, teams had a lot of time to prepare their team for this week’s fixture list. However, just as in the countless week before, no amount of preparation saw a team able to affect Team Sanchos Nachos’ reign at the top.

It was also the same for the rest of the top six as all of them held on to their spots without budging.

This was also the case for the bottom three in our league.

And that was Gameweek 31, return shortly to see what’s cracking in game week 32 as several teams have two matches to handle.
